- HYB 211-02B-005 is specific for human NGAL, native and denatured forms. This antibody cross reacts with cynomolgus monkey NGAL. HYB 211-02B-005 has been successfully used ELISA procedures. Strong reaction is seen when tested in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody against the antigen. The HYB 211-02B-005 immunogen is human recombinant NGAL in monomer and dimer forms. NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/ml
